PASTOR ATTEMPTED BURYING A BABY AT REFUSE DUMP

The head pastor of the Anointed Grace Prayer Ministry at Kuffour Camp, Apostle Dr. Richmond Akwasi Frimpong, and his accomplice, were arrested by police in Bibiani after a community member raised an alarm.

An eyewitness, says he spotted a pastor and his accomplice at a refuse dump around 11 p.m. on Sunday, April 12, with a baby under suspicious circumstances.

He intervened after discovering the child was still alive, raising an alarm and preventing what he believed was an attempt to bury the baby alive.

The Chief Linguist of Abofrem, Nana Yaw Badu, also stated that the pastor had earlier claimed the child was dead and requested a burial site, without disclosing that the baby was alive. Police in Bibiani have since arrested the suspects as investigations continue. The baby is currently receiving treatment at the Abofrem Clinic.
